ASTROLOGY: TOOL FOR SELF DISCOVERY
Intimidated By Astrology? Knowing our strengths, challenges, and life lessons is a powerful tool to navigate life and situations that arise. Astrology provides insight into those tools. By learning the importance of your Sun sign, Moon sign, and Rising sign as well as the layout of your natal chart, you are empowered with knowledge that supports your journey.
This is a true beginner class. We will cover the basics: glyphs, signs, houses, planets, and how they all interact.
In class you will receive a copy of your chart and we will have an open dialogue about our Sun, Moon, and Rising signs. Learning about our own charts is the easiest way to learn Astrology and it is a lot of fun, too.

Potluck Supper & Networking
Karen Kallie and Peg Donahue of Living Energy, and Lisa Jones facilitate a monthly networking group for everyone who is interested in meeting like-minded others for sharing, support, learning, enjoyment, and growth. We gather the second Monday of each month, 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. for a potluck supper, group discussion, and a meditation or clearing practice.
During the years Karen and Peg have developed Living Energy and Lisa her work with the Breath, Yoga, and Nia we have all had many people express to us the need to connect with others who were traveling the path of personal and spiritual growth. This potluck gathering is an informal and relaxing means for likeminded people to meet, mingle and share! Each month we offer new information, tools or techniques as appropriate and in response to any requests. Participants are welcome to offer techniques as well. We find that synchronicity prevails. The people present each month set the tone for the best experience for all.
The next gathering is November 9th, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Fee is free but donations are appreciated to defray space rental.

C.O.R.E.motion (C.onscious O.wn it R.elease it E.ngage Life), is a Body/Mind program of dance, yoga, and brain balance for increasing Seniors physical fitness, happiness, social contact, and spiritual meaning, though it can be used for any age. (The Council on Aging, Assisted Living, Nursing Care, Rehabs, Senior Centers, Senior Housing, YMCAs are all looking for and need movement specialists so come as a student or a potential teacher.)

SoulCollage Self-Discovery Playshop!
SoulCollage is a deeply revealing process combining the creation of small works of collaged art and learning to read them as they become springboards for self-discovery. Come relax, play, connect with your intuition and feel supported in a small community of like hearted souls. This process is accessible to everyone, regardless of previous art experience. As a trained facilitator Laura will guide you through a sequence of specific questions, an integral part of the practice called "I am the one who...". You, the creator of the card will not "talk about what you see in the card", instead, while in a deeply relaxed mind-state, you will listen to what your images have to tell you as you become a vessel through which Universal Divine consciousness is transmitted.
