Gathering together within a circle with connected breathing as our foundation we will explore where your resistances to being fully joyful are. Therapeutic or Connected Breathing is an everyday practice that over time allows sustainable mental, physical and emotional well being. The Boundaries Workshop: Saturday, March 24th from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
We will create of a Vessel for Realization, utilizing our pre-existing sacred geometric structures, specific intentions, and awareness of our Divine Essence. Kevin Michael will use Sacred Sound including his multi-tonal voice along with the crystal bowl. Each participant will take away simple practices that will expand their awareness on a daily basis.

Basic Shamanic Journeying: 2-Day Workshop Saturdays May 12th and 19th from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., $175.
The shamanic journey crosses the dimensional barrier between time and space. During this journey, the practitioner communicates with spirit helpers and then brings back guidance or healing to assist an individual or community. Come join our circle and learn how to meet and work with your power animals and spirit helpers.
