Therapeutic Breathing

"Are you breathing just a little and calling it life?" Mary Oliver

Therapeutic Breathing/Breathwork: a dynamically powerful technique of consciously directed breathing which resolves stress, increases energy, and corrects old breathing patterns, deepening your breath awareness.

An easy-to-learn self-help method, already gaining international acceptance as a viable alternative-healing modality. Breathwork becomes a method a person can master to:

Physically: relieve tension, detoxify, increase energy & stimulate healing.

Emotionally: integrate repressed patterns, freeing one to experience new levels of love & joy.

Mentally: limiting beliefs, anxiety, stuck old tapes, patterns, and suffering are dissolved.

Spiritually: bring insight and greater clarity to one's life. Many report mystical experiences which allow them to access higher states of consciousness.
